How Do You Remove Vosteran? It’s Easy...

First you need to uninstall Vosteran from the “Add or Remove Programs” in the Control Panel

*Keep in mind: If Vosteran is already uninstalled and doesn’t appear in your programs list go on to step
two

Begin by closing your browsers.

Head to the Start menu and choose Control Panel

---

Under Programs Click on Uninstall a program (or Add/Remove Programs in Windows XP/Vista/7).

---

Select Vosteran and click the Uninstall/Change button.

---

Step two requires you change your browser settings

Select your browser from the list below and follow these instructions.

 Chrome

Hit the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar and choose ‘settings’

---

1.Reset Homepage:

Under Appearance check Show Home button and click Change

---

Select Use the New Tab page or enter any other website address you like as your homepage

---

2. Reset default search:

Within Search choose Google a preferred search engine

---

3.Under On startup section, click Set pages and delete "start.Vosteran.com" registry by clicking on the small x to the right.

---

4. Remove the new tab extension:

Click the Extensions tab (left pane) click the trash bin icon to the right of Vosteran extension

 Firefox

1. Reset Homepage:

Click the Firefox menu (top-left corner) and select Options

---

Under Home Page click the Restore to Default button click OK

---

2. Reset default search

Click the icon on the left part of the search box

Click Manage Search Engines

Select Vosteran, and click Remove

---

3. Remove the new tab extension

In Firefox menu select Add-ons

Choose the Extensions tab and click Remove or Disable on the right to Vosteran new tab item

 Internet Explorer

Click on Tools button and choose Internet Options

1. Reset Homepage:

on General tab, Homepage section, click Use default button in order to use Internet Explorer default homepage (msn) or either write your preferred homepage site at the text box

2. Remove the new tab extension:

on General tab, Tabs section, click on Settings button

In IE 7/8:

In IE 9/10/11:

Change When a new tab is opened, open: to A blank page or Your first home page

3. Reset default search:
In IE 7/8: On General tab, Search section click Settings

Right-click your preferred search engine (e.g. Bing, Google) and select Set As Default. Then right-click on Vosteranentry and select Remove.

In IE 9/10/11: On IE Tools menu, select Manage add-ons

---

Select Search providers Right-click your preferred search engine (e.g. Bing, Google) and select Set As Default.
Then right-click on Vosteran entry and select Remove

 Opera

---

Click the Opera menu (top-left corner)
• Select Preferences choose Search tab Select Vosteran entry and click Delete click OK
