The latest trends for hiring is an indication of what's hot. The demand for people with IT skills is surging for both smart phone apps and the cloud. With the increasing demand you can expect there to be opportunities. If more companies are hiring IT specialists for apps, the cloud and IT security... this may be a sign. Soon small business owners will look as if they are antique, slow and unflexible. Without understanding the new technology opportunities, business will decline. It is not like the old days where someone would just work harder and longer. The new tools and resources advance a business much too quickly.
In 2008 I knew people who would say: "What's wrong with my Windows 98 system? It works fine." If this is you, I hope you have such amazing products and services that people break doors down to get to your door. The world is moving to apps and the cloud, are you?
